A incipient beard, &c.; beard; moustaches:—ḵẖat̤-ě-āftābī, s.m. 'Sun-shaped characters,' a form of Persian writing in which the curved tails of the letters are portions of a circle:—ḵẖat̤ ānā, v.n.
