A شروع shurūʻ (inf. n. of شرع 'to enter into, to enter upon, &c.), s.m. Beginning, commencement:—shurūʻ-se, From the beginning, ab initio:—shurūʻ-se āḵẖir-tak, From beginning to end (syn. ād-se ant-tak):—shurūʻ karnā, v.t. To enter upon, to begin, to start, to lead off; to establish, institute:—shurūʻ honā, v.n. To be begun, &c.; to begin, to start (from, -se).
