A خوف ḵẖauf (inf. n. of خاف, for خوف 'to fear'), s.m. Fear, dread, terror:—ḵẖauf denā, ḵẖauf dikhānā, v.t. To impress (one) with fear (of, -kā), to frighten, terrify; to threaten:—ḵẖauf-rajā, s.m.
