Muhammad Arif Iqbal is a renowned journalist and columnist from Darbhanga, belonging to an educated and religious family. He completed his early education at Madrasa Imdadiya Darbhanga and Madrasa Islamia Jamia-ul-Uloom, Muzaffarpur. Later, he pursued higher education in journalism from Patna University and Jamia Millia Islamia.
Arif Iqbal began his professional journalism career at the daily "Qaumi Tanzeem" and later gained recognition in Urdu journalism while working with major channels like ETV Bharat Urdu. His reporting, focused on minority rights, cultural, and literary issues, has earned him popularity not only in Bihar but also on a national level. He is highly regarded for his column writing and essays, with more than a hundred articles published in various newspapers and magazines.
He has authored four books, including "Batein Mir Karwan Ki" and "Ameer-e-Shariyat Sixth."
Arif Iqbal has the potential to go far in the fields of journalism and authorship. He is currently serving as an Urdu teacher at Moria High School in Darbhanga.
