A صلح ṣulḥ, vulg. ṣulaḥ (fr. muṣālaḥat, 'making peace,' inf. n. iii of صلح; see ṣalāh), s.f. Peace, reconciliation, truce, agreement, concord; compromise; treaty:—ṣulḥ-ě-iḵẖtiyārī, s.f. A voluntary reconciliation; a voluntary compromise:—ṣulḥ-ě-ćand-roza, s.f. An armistice:—ṣulḥ-shikanī, s.f. The act of breaking the peace; a breach of the peace:—ṣulḥ-kār, adj. & s.m. Peaceful; peace-making, amicable, conciliatory;—a peaceful or conciliatory person; peace-maker:—ṣulḥ-kārī, s.f.
