On the side; on one side, laterally:—pahlū-tihī, s.f. Drawing aside, withdrawing (from); evasion, shirking, neglect;—pahlū-tihī karnā (-meṅ), To draw aside or apart, to draw back (from), to withdraw, retire, retreat; to decline, avoid; to evade, shirk:—pahlū-dār, adj.
