qad ke lihaz se to sabhi aasman the

jab bhi main KHud se ub jata hun

makan chehre dukan chehre

aaine mein chehra rakh kar sochunga

KHud apni zat ke shahpar mein hun main

aisi thi aag waqt ki rishte bhi jal gae

nafi hue the sab isbaat

ek main aur ek qamar jage

koi dil mein aa baiTha aur chuTki li armanon mein

apne bare mein soch lete hain

umumi soch se baDh kar bhi kuchh fankar rakhta hai

ye duniya daimi ghar hai nahin hai
