hawa ke dosh pe baadal ki mushk Khaali hai
havā ke dosh pe bādal kī mushk ḳhālī hai
jo sab ko bāñTtā phirtā thā ḳhud savālī hai
kisī ko maar ke ḳhush ho rahe haiñ dahshat-gard
kahīñ pe shām-e-ġharībāñ kahīñ divālī hai
tumhāre sāmne kaise zabāñ ko jumbish deñ
tumhāre shahr meñ sach bolnā bhī gaalī hai
hawa ke dosh pe baadal ki mushk KHali hai
jo sab ko banTta phirta tha KHud sawali hai
kisi ko mar ke KHush ho rahe hain dahshat-gard
kahin pe sham-e-ghariban kahin diwali hai
tumhaare samne kaise zaban ko jumbish den
tumhaare shahr mein sach bolna bhi gali hai
