He has been residing in the United States since 1977. His academic training is in Industrial Engineering and Industrial Management. Over the course of nearly twenty-five years, he worked with several companies in Germany and the United States. He later founded his own company, BullseyeEngagement, where he has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for approximately eighteen years.

Among the important works edited and prepared for publication by Adeel Zaidi are Josh Malihabadi’s final poetry collection Mahmil-o-Jaras and his prose collection Fikr-o-Zikr; Jaun Elia’s unpublished collection Kyon; Ubaidullah Aleem’s poetry collection Ek Zamana Khwab Ka; and Krishna Bihari Noor’s collected works "Man Murshid" (Kulliat).
