About The Author
Fatima Tajunissa, Pen name Fatima Taj. Born in Hyderabad on 25 October, 1948. She is a well knwon poet and writes short stories, novels and humor too. Since 1992 till date, her 12 books have been published, out of which six are poetry collections: " Hausla", "Khushbo e Ghazal", Phlool Ghazal ke ", Heere bhi patthar hain" and "Aik chirag". She was an active member of many literary organisations of women in Hyderabad. She recieved awards from Uttar Pradesh Urdu Academy and Meer Academy of Lucknow. Tasneem Saultana wrote her M.Phil thesis on her achievements.
