Rukhsana Nikhat Lari, Umm e Hani, Born on 7 September, 1953, in Bhatni, Dist. Deveria,Bihar. Lives in Lucknow. Daughter of the well known patron of Urdu literature, Maqbool Ahmed Lari. She writes poetry as well as prose, has many books to her credit. Her first poetry collection " Nala e neem shabi", is a collection of Na'ats and Hamds and the second one, " Sukoot e shaam " is a collection of her ghazals and Nazms.
