dilbaroñ kī nigāh par mat phuul
ishq kartā hai hosh ko barbād
aql kī rasm-o-rāh par mat phuul
daam hai vo are kamand hai vo
dekh zulf-e-siyāh par mat phuul
vaah kah kar jo hai vo hañs detā
aah is Dhab kī vaah par mat phuul
gir paḌegā 'nazīr' kī mānind
tū zanaḳhdāñ kī chaah par mat phuul
