ana pe zulm kiya hai mujhe nadamat hai
anā pe zulm kiyā hai mujhe nadāmat hai
mirā sukūn tirā muntazir hai lā'nat hai
mujhe ye ruuh se milne kā Dhoñg na.iiñ karnā
mire badan ko tire lams kī zarūrat hai
vahāñ vahāñ pe mirā ḳhat zarūr chhū lenā
jahāñ-jahāñ pe namī kī koī 'alāmat hai
kisī se mil na sako to ḳhudā kā shukr karo
kisī se mil ke bichhaḌnā baḌī aziyyat hai
ana pe zulm kiya hai mujhe nadamat hai
mera sukun tera muntazir hai la'nat hai
mujhe ye ruh se milne ka Dhong nain karna
mere badan ko tere lams ki zarurat hai
wahan wahan pe mera KHat zarur chhu lena
jahan-jahan pe nami ki koi 'alamat hai
kisi se mil na sako to KHuda ka shukr karo
kisi se mil ke bichhaDna baDi aziyyat hai
