bahut royā vo ham ko yaad kar ke
hamārī zindagī barbād kar ke
palaT kar phir yahīñ aa jā.eñge ham
vo dekhe to hameñ āzād kar ke
rihā.ī kī koī sūrat nahīñ hai
magar haañ minnat-e-sayyād kar ke
badan merā chhuā thā us ne lekin
gayā hai ruuh ko ābād kar ke
har aamir tuul denā chāhtā hai
muqarrar zulm kī mī.ād kar ke
