ārām karnā jurm ho manzil kī khoj meñ
mujh ko mire mizāj meñ auj-e-kamāl de
karnā hai raushnī se munavvar jahān-gar
zulmat-zada sahar ko azān-e-bilāl de
itnā uruuj baḳhsh mire husn-e-sher ko
har ek likhne vaalā 'zafar' kī misāl de
