koī sāhil pe lā rahā hai mujhe
ek dariyā hai merī āñkhoñ meñ
ek sahrā bulā rahā hai mujhe
ruuh se jism mutma.in hai to
ḳhud pe ronā kyoñ aa rahā hai mujhe
vasl ke vaqt to maiñ tujh meñ thā
hijr duniyā meñ lā rahā hai mujhe
mere jaisī sadā.eñ lagtī haiñ
koī mujh sā bulā rahā hai mujhe
