agar duniyā meñ aisā ho to kyā ho
sabhī ko ek din marnā hai lekin
mirā qātil masīhā ho to kyā ho
javānī meñ kisī muflis kī beTī
suhāgan ban ke beva ho to kyā ho
jahāñ rahzan kā Dar ho kārvāñ ko
vahīñ jā kar añdherā ho to kyā ho
jahāñ ke log sab andhe hoñ 'tā'zīm'
vahāñ sūraj nikaltā ho to kyā ho

jahan ke log sab andhe hon 'ta'zim'
wahan suraj nikalta ho to kya ho
