atā-patā to kuchh likhvā do
ātish-e-ġham hai bujhne vaalī
hañs ke us kī aañch baḌhā do
baiTh gayā huuñ duur se aa kar
chāho to dīvār girā do
dīvāne phir dīvāne haiñ
nāseh ko ye baat batā do
kis ne kahā thā ashk bahā kar
'sāhil' tum tūfān uThā do
