KHud-parasti se ishq ho gaya hai
ḳhud-parastī se ishq ho gayā hai
apnī hastī se ishq ho gayā hai
jab se dekhā hai is faqīrnī ko
fāqa-mastī se ishq ho gayā hai
ek darvesh ko tirī ḳhātir
saarī bastī se ishq ho gayā hai
ḳhud tarāshā hai jab se but apnā
but-parastī se ishq ho gayā hai
ye falak-zād kī kahānī hai
is ko pastī se ishq ho gayā hai
KHud-parasti se ishq ho gaya hai
apni hasti se ishq ho gaya hai
jab se dekha hai is faqirni ko
faqa-masti se ishq ho gaya hai
ek darwesh ko teri KHatir
sari basti se ishq ho gaya hai
KHud tarasha hai jab se but apna
but-parasti se ishq ho gaya hai
ye falak-zad ki kahani hai
is ko pasti se ishq ho gaya hai
