कोई भी ख़ुश हो मैं अपनी ख़ुशी समझता हूँ
कोई भी ख़ुश हो मैं अपनी ख़ुशी समझता हूँ
मैं ज़िंदा शख़्स हूँ और ज़िंदगी समझता हूँ
कई तो तुम से भी बेहतर मिले हैं लोग मुझे
मगर कमी है जो उस को कमी समझता हूँ
ये वो दिखाता है जो रौशनी दिखाती नहीं
सो मैं अँधेरे को भी रौशनी समझता हूँ
बहुत सी चीज़ें हैं जो मेरी हद से बाहर हैं
सो जितनी हद है मिरी मैं वही समझता हूँ
चला तो जाएगा लेकिन निशान छोड़ के यार
अगरचे दुख को भी मैं सरसरी समझता हूँ
