ڈوب گئے جتنے تھے آنکھ کے تارے لوگ
کچھ پانے کچھ کھو دینے کا دھوکہ ہے
شہر میں جو پھرتے ہیں مارے مارے لوگ
شہر بدن بس رین بسیرا جیسا ہے
منزل پر کب رکتے ہیں بنجارے لوگ
روز تماشا میرے ڈوبتے رہنے کا
دیکھ رہے ہیں بیٹھے خواب کنارے لوگ
