ashk to pī ga.e ham un ke huzūr
āh-e-be-iḳhtiyār le Duubī
ishq ke kārobār ko aksar
garmī-e-kārobār le Duubī
hāl-e-ġham un se baar baar kahā
aur hañsī baar baar le Duubī
tere har mashvare ko ai nāseh
aaj phir yād-e-yār le Duubī
chaar din kā hī saath thā lekin
zindagī ai 'ḳhumār' le Duubī
dil ko taskin-e-yar le Dubi
