jab talak tum nazar nahīñ aate
saare mausam fuzūl hote haiñ
dil sahīfa hai ik mohabbat kā
aur chehre rasūl hote haiñ
saare muḳhlis hī ābdīda haiñ
aap kyūñkar malūl hote haiñ
chand lamhe visāl ke 'fauzī'
qurbatoñ kā husūl hote haiñ
