وقت کی تہہ میں اتر جاؤں گا
میں بھی لمحہ ہوں گزر جاؤں گا
اب جو نکلا ہوں ترے خواب لیے
تا بہ امکان نظر جاؤں گا
تو ہر اک شے میں ملے گا مجھ کو
تجھ کو پاؤں گا جدھر جاؤں گا
وہ بھی دن تھے کہ گماں ہوتا تھا
تجھ سے بچھڑوں گا تو مر جاؤں گا
تو مرا ہمدم و ہمراز نہ بن
میں تو نشہ ہوں اتر جاؤں گا
