yaad kā phuul sar-e-shām khilā to hogā
jism mānūs sī ḳhushbū meñ basā to hogā
qatra-e-mai se dabā raat na tūfān-e-talab
mujh pe jo biit ga.ī raat sunā to hogā
koī mausam ho yahī soch ke jī lete haiñ
ik na ik roz shajar ġham kā harā to hogā
ye bhī taslīm ki tū mujh se bichhaḌ ke ḳhush hai
tere āñchal kā koī taar hañsā to hogā
vo na mānūs hoñ kuchh ḳhaas alā.em se 'hasan'
ek qissa mirī āñkhoñ ne kahā to hogā
yaad ka phul sar-e-sham khila to hoga
jism manus si KHushbu mein basa to hoga
qatra-e-mai se daba raat na tufan-e-talab
mujh pe jo bit gai raat suna to hoga
koi mausam ho yahi soch ke ji lete hain
ek na ek roz shajar gham ka hara to hoga
ye bhi taslim ki tu mujh se bichhaD ke KHush hai
tere aanchal ka koi tar hansa to hoga
wo na manus hon kuchh KHas alaem se 'hasan'
ek qissa meri aankhon ne kaha to hoga
