yaad terī judā nahīñ hotī
mujh se ik ye ḳhatā nahīñ hotī
koī ḳhvāhish nahīñ mirī shāyad
dil se koī duā nahīñ hotī
yaañ pe chup baiThnā hī behtar hai
baat yuuñ har jagah nahīñ hotī
dekh lo ḳhud bhī tum siyāne ho
in butoñ meñ vafā nahīñ hotī
ishq karne se baaz rahnā tum
is maraz kī davā nahīñ hotī
chhoḌ detī hai saath ye sab kā
zindagī bā-vafā nahīñ hotī
'shān' ahl-e-nazar ye kahte haiñ
sādgī be-adā nahīñ hotī
yaad teri juda nahin hoti

koi KHwahish nahin meri shayad
dil se koi dua nahin hoti
