لمبا قد اور چھوٹے آم
چراغ حسن حسرت کا قد لمبا تھا۔ ایک روز بازار گئے۔ آموں کا موسم تھا۔
ایک دوکاندار سے بھاؤ پوچھا۔ دوکاندار نے پانچ آنے سیر بتایا۔ حسرت نے کہا، ’’میاں آم تو بہت چھوٹے ہیں۔‘‘
دوکاندار نے کہا، ’’میاں نیچے بیٹھ کر دیکھو آم چھوٹے ہیں یا بڑے ۔ قطب مینار سے تو بڑی شے بھی چھوٹی نظر آتی ہے۔‘‘
