qatl to ye nahīñ
ḳhud-kushī hai
āftāb apne ḳhūñ-rez jazbāt kī zarb-kārī se
jaan de ke
ġharbī ufuq ke pare dafn hai
aur ik ḳhud-kushī dekh lo
maiñ bhī apne tahammul kī ġhalat-koshiyoñ kā huuñ maarā huā
mujh ko apne hī hāthoñ se khodī huī
qabr meñ dafn kar do mire dosto

gharbi ufuq ke pare dafn hai
aur ek KHud-kushi dekh lo
main bhi apne tahammul ki ghalat-koshiyon ka hun mara hua
mujh ko apne hi hathon se khodi hui
qabr mein dafn kar do mere dosto
