jo tumhāre kaan meñ phūñkā gayā thā
vo tumhārā naam kab thā
vo to husn-e-aib hai
jo is ko us se judā kartā hai
aao saare ism-e-farzī bhuul jaa.eñ
aur ye bhī bhuul jaa.eñ ham ki kuchh bhūle hue haiñ
yaad bhī ek bojh hai
is qadar lambe safar meñ
jo tumhaare kan mein phunka gaya tha
wo tumhaara nam kab tha
wo to husn-e-aib hai
jo is ko us se juda karta hai
aao sare ism-e-farzi bhul jaen
aur ye bhi bhul jaen hum ki kuchh bhule hue hain
yaad bhi ek bojh hai
is qadar lambe safar mein
