dil-e-majbūr tū mujh ko kisī aisī jagah le chal
jahāñ mahbūb mahbūba se āzādāna miltā ho
kisī kā narm-o-nāzuk haath apne haath meñ le kar
nikal saktā ho be-khaTke koī sair-e-gulistāñ ko
nigāhoñ ke jahāñ pahre na hoñ dil ke dhaḌakne par
jahāñ chhīnī na jaatī ho ḳhushī ahl-e-mohabbat kī
jahāñ armāñ bhare dil ḳhuun ke aañsū na rote hoñ
jahāñ roñdī na jaatī ho ḳhushī ahl-e-mohabbat kī
jahāñ jazbāt ahl-e-dil ke Thukrā.e na jaate hoñ
jahāñ bāġhī na kahtā ho koī ḳhuddār insāñ ko
jahāñ barsā.e jaate hoñ na kuuḌe zehn-e-insāñ par
ḳhayāloñ ko jahāñ zanjīr pahnā.ī na jaatī ho
kahāñ tak ai dil-e-nādāñ qayām aise gulistāñ meñ
jahāñ bahtā ho ḳhūn-e-garm-e-insāñ shāh-rāhoñ par
darindoñ kī jahāñ chāñdī ho zālim dandanāte hoñ
jhapaT paḌte hoñ shāhīñ jis jagah kamzor chiḌiyoñ par
dil-e-majbūr tū mujh ko kisī aisī jagah le chal
jahāñ mahbūb mahbūba se āzādāna miltā ho

jahan mahbub mahbuba se aazadana milta ho
kisi ka narm-o-nazuk hath apne hath mein le kar

jahan bahta ho KHun-e-garm-e-insan shah-rahon par
darindon ki jahan chandi ho zalim dandanate hon
jhapaT paDte hon shahin jis jagah kamzor chiDiyon par
dil-e-majbur tu mujh ko kisi aisi jagah le chal
jahan mahbub mahbuba se aazadana milta ho
