tum sapnoñ ke shīsh-mahal meñ
rañg birañgī
qaus-e-quzah sī
yādoñ kī ek chādar taane
so.e rahoge kho.e rahoge
ek zarā ye bhī to socho
kal koī sharīr sā bachcha
sapnoñ ke us shīsh-mahal par
khel hī khel meñ bas ik patthar
de maare to phir kyā hogā
āñkheñ kholo
sapne to āḳhir sapne haiñ
un kā kyā hai
maazī ke biite lamhoñ ko
muTThī meñ kis ne pakḌā hai
aaKHir kab tak

rang birangi

soe rahoge khoe rahoge
