raat ik laḌkhaḌāte jhoñke se
nā-gahāñ sañg-e-surḳh kī sil par
aa.ina gir ke paash paash huā
aur nannhī nukīlī kirchoñ kī
ek bochhāḌ dil ko chiir ga.ī
raat ek laDkhaDate jhonke se
na-gahan sang-e-surKH ki sil par
aaina gir ke pash pash hua
aur nannhi nukili kirchon ki
ek bochhaD dil ko chir gai
