ahbab se ummid hai be-ja mujhko
ahbāb se ummīd hai bejā mujh ko
ummīd-e-atā-e-haq hai zebā mujh ko
kyā un se tavaqqo.a ki miyān-e-marqad
chhoḌ ā.eñge ik roz ye tanhā mujh ko
