kyūñ-kar na rahe ġham-e-nihānī terā
duniyā meñ batā kaun hai saanī terā
ham le ke asā duur talak DhūñD aa.e
kosoñ nahīñ naam ai javānī terā
kyun-kar na rahe gham-e-nihani tera
duniya mein bata kaun hai sani tera
hum le ke asa dur talak DhunD aae
koson nahin nam ai jawani tera
