وہ سحر آئی وہ ابھرا آفتاب
ساقیٔ گلفام لا جام شراب
دل وہی جو اس طرح سرشار ہو
جیسے یاد یار سے جام شراب
عاشقی اور پارسائی بھی ہے خوب
جس طرح مے میں مزا دے جائے آب
آخر شب صبح کا دھوکا ہوا
تھے بہم خورشید رو اور ماہتاب
