A مجازي majāzī (rel. n. fr. majāz), adj. Tropical, figurative, metaphorical; allusive; hyperbolical; unreal;—feigned, insincere, &c. (=majāz, q.v.);—(and, in H., fr. majāz, corr. of mujāz), authorized, licensed, competent, &c. (=majāz, q.v.);—adv. Superficially, &c. (=majāzaṉ, q.v.):—faroshanda-ě-majāzī, An authorized vendor, a licensed dealer.
