Kamlapat Sahai 'Mahir' Bilgrami (December 2, 1922 - June 22, 2005) was a celebrated Urdu poet from Bilgram, Uttar Pradesh, India. His prolific writing explored themes of patriotism, national integration, spirituality, and the lives of historical figures. He was the author of numerous acclaimed works, including 'Nava-e-Soz-o-Saaz', 'Khanda-e-Gul', and 'Subh-e-Chaman'. Bilgrami's literary contributions earned him several awards from the UP Urdu Academy. Additionally, he was a frequent contributor to broadcasts on Doordarshan and All India Radio, and a patron of the Bazm-e-Safi literary group.
