Vipul Kumar was born on May 17, 1993, in the city of Shri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. He completed his B.Tech. in Computer Science from Government Engineering College, (Ajmer) and has been making remarkable contributions to the world of literature and poetry for nearly 14 years.
