سلیم احمد کا آخری شعری مجموعہ ’’چراغ نیم شب‘‘ ان کی وفات کے بعد 1985 میں شائع ہوا۔ یہ مجموعہ ایک طرف ان کے تصور اور لاشعور کی ہم آہنگی کا عکاس ہے تو دوسری جانب اس مجموعے میں سلیم احمد نے عصر کے حوالے سے فکر کو اس طرح احساس بناکر دکھایا ہے کہ جدید اردو شاعری میں اس کی مثالیں بہت کم ملتی ہیں۔
About The Author
Saleem Ahmad was one of the most unconventional poets who had inspired many by his extraordinary and incredible creativity. He was also a noted critic of Urdu literature. His collection of poetry, Bayaz, Ikai, Charag-i-Neem Shab and Mashriq, have been published collectively as Kulliyaat-e-Saleem Ahmed.
