Aqdar, Patna
n 1967, the literary magazine Aqdar was launched from Patna under the editorship of Zafar Oghanvi. It was a representative journal of modernism. An important statement in the editorial mentioned: "Aqdar transcends the limitations of language, which is why we aim to include writers from other languages as well."
