This was also one of the most popular children's magazines of its time. It was first published in 1960 from 10, Hathi Khana, Lucknow. Faiz Ali Faiz and Faiz Ali Noshah were associated with its editorial team. Important personalities like Saadat Ali Siddiqui Sandeliwi, Hamidullah Afsar, Ahmad Jamal Pasha, Adil Rashid, Shamim Anhoni, and Shujaat Hussain Sandeliwi contributed to this magazine. The magazine continued for about ten years before it ceased publication due to financial difficulties. The editorial board included Osaf Ahmad and Moazzam Jafari. Mohammad Muslim Shamim and Javed Hassan were also associated with this magazine. Ahmad Mashkoor Siwani was also linked with this magazine as an editor. He was working with the Railways in Gorakhpur and was the author of several important books, including "Nayi Shama Aur Naye Parwane," "Sone Ki Laash," "Soye Haram," and "American Muslim." He also wrote short stories. One of his important works is "Aayna-e-Hayat," which contains significant articles about various personalities. Dr. Irshad Ahmad mentioned in his book "Nigah-e-Nakhd" (2019) that his father, Maulvi Mohammad Zaki Siddiqui, was an expert in Arabic, Persian, and Urdu and the author of "Tarikh al-Hari Hans." He wrote that the children's popular magazine "Toffee," published from Lucknow, had Faiz Ali Noshah as its editor for almost six years. Under his editorship, "Toffee" gained extraordinary popularity. The editorial section was titled "Aapas Ki Baatein."
