جیون کے سفر میں راہی
ملتے ہیں بچھڑ جانے کو
اور دے جاتے ہیں یادیں
تنہائی میں تڑپانے کو
یہ روپ کی دولت والے
کب سنتے ہیں دل کے نالے
تقدیر نے بے چین کر ڈالا
ان کے کسی دیوانے کو
جو ان کی نظر سے کھیلے
دکھ پائے مصیبت جھیلے
پھرتے ہیں یہ سب البیلے
دل لے کے مکر جانے کو
دل لے کے دغا دیتے ہیں
اک روگ لگا دیتے ہیں
ہنس ہنس کے جاں دیتے ہیں
