tū aur sirhānā DhūñD koī
is qabr kā patthar chhoḌ faqīr
andar kā jo bhī shosha hai
andar hī andar chhoḌ faqīr
haiñ aur bhī langar duniyā meñ
is dargah kā dar chhoḌ faqīr
daab chukā maiñ tere paañv
ab to mirā sar chhoḌ faqīr
ye jism kā boriyā takiya ke
ik taaq ke uupar chhoḌ faqīr
pakkā hai gurū-ghanTāl 'shafaq'
ab us kā chakkar chhoḌ faqīr
