ازل کی ابتدا ہونے سے پہلے
کہاں تھا تو مرا ہونے سے پہلے
یہ اسرار زماں کھلتے نہیں تھے
ہمارا مسئلہ ہونے سے پہلے
مرے دل میں سکونت کر رہی تھی
محبت جا بجا ہونے سے پہلے
ادا کر ہی لیا ہم نے بالآخر
وہ اک سجدہ قضا ہونے سے پہلے
وہ لمحہ جو گزارا ہے ترے ساتھ
پرانا تھا نیا ہونے سے پہلے
