بے بسوں پر دیا نہیں آتی
ان کو یہ ہی ادا نہیں آتی
دوستی اب نہیں ذرا خود سے
موت بھی بے وفا نہیں آتی
سب دکھاوا ہے اس زمانہ میں
اس جہاں کو حیا نہیں آتی
کاٹ کر ہم درخت کہتے ہیں
یار کیوں کر ہوا نہیں آتی
