बुझ गई आग तो कमरे में धुआँ ही रखना
बुझ गई आग तो कमरे में धुआँ ही रखना
दिल में इक गोशा-ए-एहसास-ए-ज़ियाँ ही रखना
फिर इसी रह से मिलेगी नए इबलाग़ को सम्त
शेर को दर्द का उस्लूब-ए-बयाँ ही रखना
आह मंज़र को ये बर्फ़ाती हुई बे-सफ़री
साथ पिघले हुए रस्तों के निशाँ ही रखना
कह न सकना भी बहुत कुछ है रियाज़त हो अगर
ज़ख़्म होंटों के सर-ए-इज्ज़-ए-बयाँ ही रखना
जैसे वो सानेहा लम्हा भी ज़माना भी है 'साज़'
याद उस शख़्स के जाने का समाँ ही रखना
