چاند کو پورا ہونے دو
بہتی ندی کو سونے دو
شام کی طرح اداسی کو
اور بھی گہرا ہونے دو
کسی دیے کے سائے میں
آسماں کو سونے دو
سپنا اگر اگانا ہے
جاگتی آنکھیں بونے دو
آؤ لپٹ کے سو جائیں
جو ہوتا ہے ہونے دو
اجلے تن کی لہروں میں
رات کے رنگ سمونے دو
عمر کی سادہ ڈوری میں
سارے پھول پرونے دو
پتھر ہوتا جاتا ہوں
ہنسنے دو یا رونے دو
تم میں جاگ رہا ہوں میں
مجھ کو خود میں سونے دو
