chashm-e-mushtaq tamasha-e-karam chahe hai
chashm-e-mushtāq tamāshā-e-karam chāhe hai
dil vo barbād-e-karam hai ki sitam chāhe hai
dair chāhe hai na zālim na haram chāhe hai
terā dīvāna tirā naqsh-e-qadam chāhe hai
mujh se qaa.em hai vaqār-e-mai-o-mīnā saaqī
maiñ vo mai-kash huuñ jise shaiḳh-e-haram chāhe hai
chashm-e-mushtaq tamasha-e-karam chahe hai

tera diwana tera naqsh-e-qadam chahe hai
mujh se qaem hai waqar-e-mai-o-mina saqi
