ab vo mujh se ḳhafā nahīñ hotā
bhūlnā ab use hai nā-mumkin
saañs se vo judā nahīñ hotā
sirf sochā kiye yahī donoñ
kaash ye fāsla nahīñ hotā
ishq kī vus.ateñ haiñ lā-mahdūd
ishq kā dā.era nahīñ hotā
hai ḳhushī dhuup chhāñv sī lekin
dard dil se judā nahīñ hotā
dard dil ka siwa nahin hota
ab wo mujh se KHafa nahin hota
bhulna ab use hai na-mumkin
sans se wo juda nahin hota
sirf socha kiye yahi donon
kash ye fasla nahin hota
ishq ki wusaten hain la-mahdud
ishq ka daera nahin hota
hai KHushi dhup chhanw si lekin
dard dil se juda nahin hota
