davā se hal na huā to duā pe chhoḌ diyā
tirā mo.āmla ham ne ḳhudā pe chhoḌ diyā
bahut ḳhayāl rakhā merā aur daraḳhtoñ kā
phir us ne donoñ ko āb-o-havā pe chhoḌ diyā
muaaf vo kareñ jin kā qusūr-vār hai tū
adālatoñ ne tujhe kis binā pe chhoḌ diyā
baġhair kuchh kahe maiñ ne palaTne kā sochā
aur ek phuul dar-e-iltijā pe chhoḌ diyā
dawa se hal na hua to dua pe chhoD diya
tera moamla hum ne KHuda pe chhoD diya
bahut KHayal rakha mera aur daraKHton ka
phir us ne donon ko aab-o-hawa pe chhoD diya
muaf wo karen jin ka qusur-war hai tu
adalaton ne tujhe kis bina pe chhoD diya
baghair kuchh kahe main ne palaTne ka socha
aur ek phul dar-e-iltija pe chhoD diya
